These Terms govern the towing and roadside assistance services provided by Sinbad Towing. By calling, booking, or accepting service from us, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide light- and medium-duty towing, jump starts, tire changes, lockout assistance, fuel delivery, and similar roadside services within our service area. Availability depends on traffic, weather, and demand.

Pricing & Payment

• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; final price may vary if conditions on scene differ.
• Additional fees may apply for after-hours, off-road recovery, extra mileage, or special equipment.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

• You confirm you are the owner, operator, or authorized representative of the vehicle.
• You agree to provide accurate location and vehicle information.
• You must remove personal belongings before the tow when possible.

Limitation of Liability

We carry insurance and take reasonable care with every vehicle we touch. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service, except where pre-existing damage applies or where law requires a higher limit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Cancellations

If you cancel after a truck has been dispatched, a dispatch fee may apply to cover the driver's time and fuel.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
